The Budget Rooms are located on the first floor (3 star rated). They have a Double Bed or 2 Single Beds. Rooms feature a smaller Colour TV, Fans, Central heating, radio alarm clocks and their own bathroom. Non Smoking.

               Standard Room - 1st Floor

The Standard Rooms are located on 1st Floor. They have a Queen Bed or 2 Single Beds, some also have a Sofa Single bed for 3rd guest. All rooms feature remote control TV's, central heating, air conditioning, radio alarm clocks and their own bathroom. Rated 3 1/2 stars. Cable TV in some rooms (10 channels),  and is available on early request. Non Smoking.

                Superior Room - Ground floor

All Superior Rooms are located on the ground floor. Bedding is either a Queen Bed or 2 Single Beds. Some have a Sofa Single Bed for 3rd guest. All Superior Rooms were fully refurbished in 2005. Rooms feature remote control TV's (Cable TV is in some rooms, available on request 10 channels), central heating, Air Conditioning, radio alarm clocks and their own bathroom. Hair Dryer, Ironing Boards etc. Rated 3 1/2 star plus, Non Smoking.

Executive Rooms  -  Ground Floor - More Info

Our new Executive Rooms are our best rooms available. They offer all the features of our Superior Rooms PLUS they have a Superb High Definition LCD Digital TV. Extra inclusions like a Coffee Plunger, Morning Paper and a pre dinner Drink (when dining in our restaurant) are Complimentary when you book these rooms. Executive Rooms are available with a Queen Bed.  Non Smoking

The Cooma Motor Lodge has 2 inter connecting rooms suitable for a large family or perhaps 2 couples or a few friends. Available with  2 night minimum stay during peak winter nights. 3 1/2 star.  Non Smoking.

Our Executive Apartment is located on the 1st Floor. This room features a Lounge Room & Kitchenette & a separate King Bedroom.  The furniture and fittings are 1st Class.
